Completing your Purchase
Click ‘Add to Cart’ to add quizzes to your shopping basket (view the contents of your basket at any time with ‘View Cart’) and repeat as necessary. When your order is complete, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to enter your payment details.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron) and PayPal. Please contact us if you prefer to pay by cheque.
Payment processing
We currently use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments as well as for accepting PayPal payments but you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.
Security
Your order is completely secure. Look out for the padlock symbol in your browser when you reach the secure payment pages.
Downloading
Keep your browser open after completing payment and click ‘Continue to Download’ to download immediately, or, if you prefer to download later use the links in the email you receive after purchase.
When you download, your browser will ask whether you want to ‘run (open)’ or ‘save‘ your file. We recommend choosing the latter and saving your files to a location on your computer that you will remember.

We can fax or post your quizzes on request.
Opening your files
Downloading and opening your quiz files is normally completely straightforward. However, if you do experience problems refer to our Support page.
File formats
Our quizzes will open and print successsfully on virtually any system.
Refunds and replacements
We will replace or refund the cost of any duplicate order.
Our quizzes
All our quizzes are compiled in-house to guarantee consistent quality. Questions and answers are included with every download. Free score sheets can be downloaded at any time.
Receipts
You can view and print a receipt immediately after purchase. You will also receive an email detailing your transactions.
Dealing with problems
If you have any problems with buying, downloading or opening your files please contact us. We guarantee to resolve your problem or refund your payment if this is not possible.
