Buying
Click ‘Add to Cart’ to add quizzes to your shopping basket (view the contents of your basket at any time with ‘View Cart’) and repeat as often as necessary. When your order is complete click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to enter your delivery and payment details.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron) and PayPal. Cheques and BACS payments are accepted by arrangement.
PayPal users
At checkout some PayPal users may automatically be asked for their PayPal account details. If you prefer to use your credit or debit card, locate the line ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and click the ‘Continue’ link below.
Security
Your order is completely secure. Payments are handled by leading payment processors using secure servers and encrypted data transfer (look out for the padlock symbol in your browser on the secure purchase pages).
Downloading
Keep your browser open after completing payment and click ‘Continue to Download’ to access links for downloading immediately. If you prefer to download later, use the links we’ll email you immediately after purchase.
When you are ready to download, click the link(s) provided. You will be asked whether you wish to ‘run (open)’ or ‘save‘ your file. We recommend choosing the latter and saving your files to a location on your computer that you will remember.
Other delivery methods
We can fax, post or remote print your quizzes on request. Payment must be made in advance and there will be a additional charge of £2.50 per order. Please contact us if you wish to arrange delivery by one of these methods.
Opening your files
Double-click to open in the usual way.
File formats
The file formats we use will open and print successsfully on virtually any computer. We use RTF for all our quizzes except Dingbats, Picture Quizzes and Word Search Puzzles, which are in both DOC (Word) and PDF.
Refunds and replacements
We will replace or refund the cost of any duplicate quiz ordered in error.
Our quizzes
All our quizzes are compiled in-house for consistent quality and include questions and answers. Free score sheets can be downloaded separately.
Receipts
You can view a receipt immediately after purchase. You will also receive an email detailing your purchases.

If you experience any problems with buying, downloading or opening your files please contact us and we will resolve your problem or refund your payment.
