Buying and downloading Real Quiz Company quizzes is fast and easy but if you encounter problems please contact us for help or find a solution below.
- You wish to pay with your credit or debit card in the normal way but on checkout all you can see is a PayPal log-in. This can occur if your computer has been used to log in to a PayPal account previously and a PayPal cookie remains in the browser cache. Locate the line 'Don't have a PayPal account?' on the left of the page and click the link underneath to reach the usual payment page where you can enter your card details.
- You receive an error message that the file you're downloading is 'corrupt' or 'empty'. There is nothing wrong with our files. This message is caused by a fault in the way Internet Explorer 6 handles certain file downloads. You can avoid this by following our instructions to right-click the download link and press 'Save Target As'.
- Your quizzes refuse to download at all. They are probably being blocked by firewall settings. If you are at work you will probably need to download from a different location (at home for example) or you could contact us to have the quizzes emailed to you.
- Your files have downloaded successfully but refuse to open. You are probably running Windows 98 or 2000, or a Mac previous to 'Panther'. These older systems need a third-party program to open our zip files. Most machines have such software already installed, but if yours doesn't, you can download programs such as the free 7-Zip for Windows or the free Stuffit Expander for the Mac. Alternatively email us and we will send you files suitable for your system.
