Add items to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button for your chosen quiz (you can view the contents of the shopping basket at any time by clicking 'View Cart') and repeat as often as necessary. When you're ready to complete your purchase click the 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Check out with PayPal' button in the shopping basket. Either will take you to the payment page where you can enter your credit or debit card details or pay using a PayPal account.
Keep your browser open after completing payment and click the 'Continue to Download' link on the final payment page to download straight away. If you prefer to download later, use the download links in the email which we'll send you immediately after purchase.
You can have the quizzes downloaded to your computer within a minute or two of completing your purchase.
Save the files to a location on your computer that you will remember, then simply double-click their file icons to open.

Yes, completely. On-line credit and debit card processing is handled for us by leading payment processors using their secure servers and encrypted data transfer. Look for the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar when you've reached the payment pages. In addition, you should be aware that we do not store, or indeed have access to, your card details.
You can pay in other major currencies including Euros and US, Canadian and Australian Dollars.
Quizzes are in the Microsoft Word compatible RTF and DOC formats which will open in any Windows or Mac word processor.
Because our quizzes will open and print off successfully from any desktop or laptop computer we don't make them available for download in other formats. However, if you have a particular need for a quiz in some other format you can contact us and we should be able to help. You might also find the free on-line document conversion service Zamzar useful.
